At our spa, we are dedicated to providing you with an outstanding and personalized experience that caters to your specific requirements. We genuinely value your continued support and would like to request your cooperation in adhering to our updated scheduling policies, designed to ensure smooth operations and optimal service for all our valued clients.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE
We understand that circumstances may arise, and plans might change. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance. This advanced notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waitlist for that appointment slot.
For rescheduling within the 24-hour period prior to your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service booked will be applicable. For any last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, we regretfully must charge the full amount (100%) of the reserved service. This policy has been implemented to acknowledge the significance of both our clients' and therapists' valuable time and to ensure fairness to all parties involved.
In order to secure your booking, we kindly request that you provide us with a valid credit or debit card to hold your appointment on file. Rest assured, your card details will be stored securely and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined above. This process helps us manage our appointments efficiently and ensures that appointment slots are utilized effectively for the benefit of all our esteemed clients.
WEEKEND SCHEDULE
On weekends, we experience an increased demand for our services, and appointment availability becomes limited due to the high volume of bookings. Therefore, for any bookings made for a Saturday or a weekend, a 50% charge will be applied at the time of booking. This ensures a firm commitment to your appointment and allows us to optimize our appointment schedule to accommodate as many clients as possible during peak hours.
LATE ARRIVAL
Each spa appointment has been thoughtfully designed to ensure ample time for you to fully enjoy the services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing delays. However, if you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your service to accommodate other guests. Treatments will be provided for the remaining duration of the scheduled appointment, and the full-service fee will apply. Our policy enables us to efficiently allocate open appointment slots to guests on our waiting list. We kindly remind you that our staff operates exclusively on an appointment basis.
ARRIVAL TIME
To enhance your spa experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows ample time for you to complete a client profile, which is necessary for tailoring our services to meet your specific preferences. Moreover, it grants you an opportunity to begin unwinding and indulging in our facilities, ensuring a relaxed state of mind.
RETURNS
Our commitment is to provide you with the highest-quality skincare and body care products in conjunction with our services. If you purchase any of our spa products for home use and discover any defects, we are pleased to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided that a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for returned products. Instead, we offer a spa credit to be used towards future purchases as a gesture of our dedication to your satisfaction.
